Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fairbanks (City) intends to select a firm that can provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and implementation services. This will include all database management software, ad-hoc query/reporting software, application software, data conversion and migration, training, project implementation/administration, on-going maintenance, support services and other services as requested by the City. The proposed financial software must include at a minimum the following functions: • General Ledger • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Cash Receipt/Bank Reconciliation • Payroll/Direct Deposit • Human Resources • Budgeting/Forecasting • Grant Management • Online/Mobile Timekeeping • Utility Billing • Business License/Permits • Inventory Management • Fixed Asset Management • Credit Card Processing • Ticket/Citation Management
