The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to award a firm fixed price contract to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to furnish a turnkey quote to provide services to repair all drywall in the ceiling of the lobby area and lower wall section of the boiler room at the USDA, ARS, Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC), 2890 HWY 130 East, Stuttgart, Arkansas USDA, ARS as well as prime the new drywall and repaint the ceiling after repairs are complete, per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation document incorporates those provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06.
The Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations will be incorporated into this contract.
In accordance with FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.
