Build Materials: a. Must be able to print high performance aerospace grade materials b. Must be capable of printing the following thermoplastics: ASA, ABS-M30, ABS-M30i, ABS-ESD7, PC-ABS, PC, PC-ISO, FDM Nylon 12, Nylon 6, Nylon 12 Carbon Filled, PPSF ULTEM* 9085, ULTEM 1010, ST-130, Antero 800NA, Antero 840CN03 c. Must withstand temperature range up to 421°F (for materials like ULTEM 1010) d. Non-toxic materials e. No residue from parts after normal handling of parts f. No air-born dust particles from the building process g. No glues or bonding agents are required for normal-sized parts h. Support Material: Breakaway support and soluble support i. Must withstand rough handling in a working environment, i.e. average part being dropped from 4 feet onto a concrete floor without cracking or breaking. j. Material licenses should be included for all current and future materials. 5. Part Accuracy: +/- .0035 in. or +/-.0015 in. per in., whichever is greater
