Specifications include, but are not limited to: To contract with Independent Consulting Services, to evaluate the impact and benefits of enhanced development of an evidence-based system of programming at the HCDOC, in collaboration and coordination with the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections (DOC) Superintendent. Description of Services: Agency will: 1. Work with the DOC Superintendent and HCDOC in reviewing and coordinating a plan for the review of jail programs, review curriculum, review assessment and case management services, and recommend curricula and programming as a result there of. 2. Make recommendation for programming curricula and potential staffing options for programming. 3. Meet with the Superintendent and HCDOC staff to discuss key items. This introductory meeting will ensure there is a clear path for the project and as well as ensure everyone is clear as to the scope of work. 4. Create PowerPoint materials for the Workshop with the HCDOC, the Commissioners and CJ system stakeholders. 5. Review present MAT Services. 6. Provide recommendations for evidenced based programming at the facility. 7. Review of recidivism data and reporting. Review recidivism rates from 2022 as a baseline study for future years of recidivism review
