Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer shall provide past references for similar system integrations with Ellucian of comparable size and complexity. 001.01 Ellucian Banner Ethos integration and certification 001.02 Member with industry associations. (e.g., ACUHO-I, NASPA, etc.) NMT-002 Proposer Privacy and Security 002.01 The Proposer providing product and work must be Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) 4.0 Certified 002.02 The Proposer providing product and work must be Service Organization Control (SOC) 2: Trust Services Criteria Type 2 Certified 002.03 The Proposer must sign Client Memorandum of Agreement or Interconnection Security Agreement prior to Contract Award. NMT-003 Proposer Training 003.01 Proposer providing product and work must provide annual Computer Based Training (CBT) on recognized and reported potential and actual user improvement. NMT-004 Proposer Project Management 004.01 Proposer must provide a project plan and proposed solution within 90 days of contract award. 004.02 Proposer must assign a Contract Authority. 004.02.01 Available to NMT personnel throughout the life of the project. 004.02.02 Acts as an escalation point when conflicts cannot be resolved by the Project Manager. 004.03 Proposer must assign a Project Manager 004.03.01 Responsible for all Proposer aspects of this Project. 004.03.02 Authorized to make all decisions relative to the Project, including identification and assignment of Client resources. 004.03.03 Available to personnel throughout the Project’s life. 004.03.04 Is authorized to sign Status Reports, approve consultant hours, and approve project changes. 004.03.05 Will coordinate all interviews or meeting schedules. 004.03.06 Responsible for acceptance of Deliverables and verifying compliance of each Deliverable with the Acceptance Criteria as defined prior to Client delivery. 004.03.07 Authorized to approve Project changes. NMT-005 Resident and Property Management Platform 005.01 Proposer proposal shall provide a room booking and appointments component. 005.01.01 Include a special group booking and bulk check-in/checkout mechanism. 005.01.02 Include a track additional occupants and temporary assignment mechanism. 005.01.03 Include occupant accept/dispute workflow mechanism. 005.01.04 Include online room selection mechanism. 005.01.05 Include an integrated Lottery management mechanism. 005.01.06 Include Lottery management to allow time slot generation for online room selection. 005.01.07 Include a Real-Time room selection mechanism for new residents. 005.01.08 Include a Emotional Support Animals (ESA) tracking mechanism. 005.01.09 Include 365 day resident retention and re-book mechanism. 005.01.10 Include a commuter meal plan selection mechanism.
