Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority would like to procure the services of a realtor firm, to act as a seller’s agent, and assist the Housing Authority in actively marketing Juniper Gardens, a 23-acre multifamily development located at 3rd Street and Walker Ave, Kansas City, Kansas to potential buyers. The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority has submitted a disposition application to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the disposition of Juniper Gardens. Once approved, the Housing Authority will be required to relocate all existing tenants at Juniper Gardens to other housing. During the relocation process, the Housing Authority would like to actively market the Juniper Gardens property to potential buyers. The successful real estate professional or firm will prepare a marketing plan and materials, will show the Juniper Gardens property to potential buyers, and will generate a list of prospective buyers. The scope of services shall include the following: 1. Prepare a marketing plan, and actively market the Juniper Gardens development to prospective buyers. 2. Show the Juniper Gardens property to potential buyers. 3. Generate a list of prospective buyers to be used by the Housing Authority as recipients of a Request for Proposal for the Disposition of Juniper Gardens Development. 3. Prepare necessary paperwork for offers and closing. 4. Act as Seller’s agent, or Representative for the Housing Authority.
