Specifications include, but are not limited to: WaterOne requests the submission of proposals from qualified firms to provide executive search services for WaterOne’s General Manager (GM) position. WaterOne is seeking interest from qualified firms to conduct a confidential executive search to fill WaterOne’s General Manager position. The firm will work with a selection committee comprised of the Board and designated staff. The firm will conduct a concurrent internal (WaterOne candidates) and national search for general manager candidates. Proposer will submit a timeline for the project, with a not to exceed limit of one year. The firm will advertise, source, screen, and provide qualified candidates for the general manager position. The firm will also develop a candidate profile, and a selection process to be approved by the selection committee. The firm will provide status updates of the candidates, the search process, response to inquiries, and other outcomes at agreed upon milestones to the selection committee. In addition, the firm will coordinate interviews of final candidates and notify the selection committee and candidates of their status. The following represents Company Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Licensing and References of Proposing firms: A. To be considered for award, each Proposer must provide evidence, in the form of references, of having experience in conducting executive searches for top leadership positions such as a CEO, GM (General Manager), City Manager or comparable positions in municipal government, quasimunicipal, special districts, not-for-profit agency and/or organization. Proposers shall describe their experience in providing the specified services for similar operations and/or entities. In addition, Proposers shall provide the number of years the firm has provided executive search services. Proposers shall provide references for five (5) recent clients for which similar services were provided. For each client submitted as a reference, Proposers shall supply a brief description of the services provided, the timeframe services were provided and client contract information. B. Proposers shall describe experience working with a board of elected or appointed officials in placement of executive positions.
