Specifications include, but are not limited to: All components listed in this section are mandatory. The bidder must bid on all services, not just a portion thereof. Tasks are associated with a project deliverable when appropriate. The Division of Public Health reserves the right to negotiate the requirements and associated reimbursement with the selected contractor relative to the tasks listed below. Proposals are being solicited for the following services: Provide comprehensive outpatient core & support services for individuals and families with HIV disease. Maintain a network of agencies that provide outpatient core & support services. The network should be scalable to the demand for such services. Prepare necessary activity and fiscal reports to be submitted on a regular basis. Complete specific sections of the Ryan White Services Report and ADAP Data Report for the Health Resource Services Administration (HRSA) by required due dates. Bidder’s proposal shall include the projected number of clients to be serviced in each service category. The contract that will result from this RFP process is funded by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Part B Program. Ryan White funds are the payers of last resort and can only be used for HIV-infected clients for whom all other payment options have been exhausted. Budget included for this request for proposal shall breakout all funding sources that support each individual service category to ensure Ryan White Program is payer of last resort.
