Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: • clearing and grubbing at the site; • construction and installation of support areas and access roads to the site and coordination of work activities with landowner and complying with WVDOH rules and regulations; • regrading and excavation of the project site as approximated by the lines and grades shown on the Project Plans for project construction, and the moving of all unsuitable or excess material to a Contractor-locate and/or WVDEP permitted waste disposal area; • construction of a new aggregate bed and upgrade of ditches; • erosion and sediment control with best management practices; • revegetation of disturbed areas.
