Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Department of Education (SDE) is investigating options for data collection/reporting software to gather information from Local Education Agencies (LEA) regarding usage of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds. Vendor to provide services that include but not limited to the following: a) A cloud-based software solution that SDE can use to develop a survey, questionnaire, or other type of data collection method that LEAs can report information to SDE through a. The LEA will report details on how ESSER funds were used b. Most responses will be numeric, such as total amount of funds expended or percentage of funds used in various categories c. Other potential response types include true/false and short answer b) The software will allow SDE to monitor and track all LEAs progress in completing the survey c) The software will save and consolidate the reported information in a spreadsheet format that SDE will have access to
