Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pupil Transportation Experience: Proposers shall provide evidence of direct experience with pupil transportation including but not limited to: - Company’s origination date - Current list of Kansas public school clients including 5 reference contacts - Current number of Kansas public school students transported avg/day - Total number of domestic clients - Total number of students transported avg/day Client Retention/Loss Information: Proposers shall provide the district with a 5 year review of clients gained and lost in Kansas and/or surrounding states. Financial Status: Proposers shall provide evidence of solid financial standing.; All Staff: Proposers shall provide evidence of a pre-employment screening process, including, but not limited to: - Criminal background checks - Drug testing - Reference checks Management: Proposers shall provide a description of their proposed management structure, including, but not limited to: - Title, role, and proposed salary range for on-site management personnel - Title and role of any off-site supporting staff (corporate staff) - Selection process for on-site management personnel - Job description with required qualifications for on-site management personnel - Evaluation process for on-site management personnel - Proposed organizational chart; Office Staff: Proposers shall provide a description of their proposed office staff structure, including but not limited to: - Title, role, and proposed salary range for office personnel including any clerical, training, or dispatch staff - Selection process for office staff - Evaluation process for office staff Fleet Maintenance: Proposers shall provide a description of their proposed fleet maintenance staff structure, including but not limited to: - Title, role, and proposed salary range for fleet maintenance staff - Selection process for fleet maintenance staff - Evaluation process for fleet maintenance staff - Description of fleet maintenance staff training/certification program Bus Aides/Paraprofessionals: Proposers shall provide a description of their proposed aide/para staff structure, including but not limited to: - Title, role, and proposed salary range for aide/para staff - Selection process for aide/para staff - Evaluation process for aide/para staff - Description of training program
