Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fully enclosed single wide unit 12’ wide x 60’ length with a maximum height of 14’ 6”. The Unit shall be complete with all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical as specified herein. The Unit shall include all necessary blocking, leveling, skirting to match cement board siding, set-up, tie downs with required anchors and aluminum ramp, stair/steps with landings and handrails and anchors as shown on plans. As a basis of design, the site shall comply with the following code requirements: 2018 International Building Code (IBC) 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC) 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design Nevada Division of Manufactured Housing requires the following code requirements: 2012 International Building Code from ICC; 2012 International Residential Code for ICC; 2012 International Energy Conservation Code from ICC; 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code from IAPMO; 2012 Uniform Mechanical Code form IAPMO; 2011 National Electric Code from NFPA; and 2012 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code from NFPA.
