Specifications include, but are not limited to: Engine/Generator: Liquid-cooled, diesel engine with a 60Hz/5.5kW(minimum) generator. Engine shall be equipped with 12-volt electric start, glow plug preheat system, low oil pressure/high engine temperature shutdown, non-resettable hour meter, and spark arrest on muffler. Unit shall include a 120V plug-in block heater. Unit shall have a 50-gallon minimum fuel tank, fuel/water separator, replaceable fuel filter and dry type cartridge air cleaner. Fuel tank cap must be able to be secured against tampering/vandalism by using a standard design padlock. Electrical System: Control panel, including main and branch circuit breakers, receptacles, and hour meter shall be located inside a weatherproof enclosure. Unit shall include at a minimum one GFI protected 120volt/20ampere duplex receptacle and one 240 volt/30 ampere twist-lock receptacle. Floodlights /Mast: Unit shall be equipped with 350W (minimum) LED light fixtures. Mast shall be equipped with selflubricating guides, extendible to at least 23-feet, and 350-degree (minimum) rotation from ground level. Unit shall be equipped with a large diameter, self-braking, manually operated winch for erecting and extending the mast. Trailer: Unit shall be equipped with screw-type jack stands and outriggers for leveling purposes. Jacks shall rotate from horizontal transporting position to vertical jacking position and lock in place with spring loaded latching pins. DOT approved trailer marker/stop/taillights and lighted license plate bracket. 4-pin flat electrical wiring plug. 3-inch pintle eye with removable tongue, safety chains with hooks, one single point lifting eye, forklift pockets and tie down rings (one at each corner). Axle and tires shall be appropriately rated for the trailer. Unit shall be equipped with side marker lights and fenders. Unit shall be equipped with a fold away trailer tongue for a smaller footprint during storage. Enclosure: The enclosure shall be of heavy-duty steel construction providing weather and vandal protection for all components. Access for routine maintenance shall be provided through lockable side doors.
