Specifications include, but are not limited to: Technical Writing Research, write, and deliver to TechLink materials within, but not limited to, the following categories: • Nominations for the annual Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC) for Technology Transfer awards program. • Success stories, advertising copy, and/or social media messaging and curation, featuring technology developed with funding by the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies or programs. Technical Writer Consultation Review and edit award nominations, success story submissions, and other content from contracted authors, and collaborate with TechLink staff to evaluate acceptability. This will include, but won’t be limited to, the following: • Evaluate potential Department of Defense FLC Award nominations for viability within the award landscape. • Evaluate submitted Department of Defense and Department of Energy (and others) licensing and CRADA scenarios for potential success story coverage. • Review and evaluation award nominations written by other contracted writers.
