Specifications include, but are not limited to: A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a roughly 48,500 square foot Idaho Army National Guard Readiness Center. A specially designed Readiness Center of permanent construction. The Readiness Center includes the following items that are integral to the facility: unheated storage building, controlled waste facility, flammable materials facility, backup generator, rigid pavement & organizational parking. This facility is designed to meet Industry Standards as well as all local, State, and Federal building codes and as per Public Law 90-480. Construction will include all utility services within close proximity to facility, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems, roads, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, parking areas and site improvements.
