The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitationW52P1J-21-Q-ROOF for replacement of the roof on Building 34-910 at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements (CDRLs), and specifications contained in this solicitation.
Contract award will be issued in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 238160; the small business size standard is $16,500,000.00; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Z2JZ.
The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements.

QUESTION 1: In the scope of work there is no reference to metal, gutter or downspout. Are the gutters, downspouts required to be replaced? If so, with what metal are we to use?
ANSWER 1: There is no requirement to replace the gutters and/or downspouts
