Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFI is to gather feedback and information for the Indiana Department of Administration, Division of Supplier Diversity (DSD) regarding potential Supplier Diversity Software solutions services. Responses to this RFI will provide important input for the State’s potential implementation of a new Supplier Diversity Software solution to support the ongoing tracking, measurement, and compliance efforts aligned with the DSD mission. The proposed Supplier Diversity Software system will: Increase efficiency, flexibility, and compliance for DSD’s current process . Reduce manual data entry, collection and analytical tasks . Increase insight into item level purchases by State Agency at the sub-contractor level . Allow Suppliers to access pertinent information via web-based portal(s) . Interface with the State PeopleSoft system via a data sharing capability . Provide visibility into compliance and trends through dashboards . Develop and implement system enhancements as necessary . Incorporate other potential innovative functionalities . The State is interested in receiving feedback from qualified vendors to help inform the design and implementation of these services. All applications, recertifications, and electronic affadavit submissions shall continue to be collected and processed through the PeopleSoft Bidder Profile Module.
