Provide 6-inch or better pixel resolution digital color and near-infrared (NIR) orthorectified imagery that adequately covers incorporated areas within Ellis County (as defined by the RED & YELLOW areas in Exhibit A, approximately 43 sqmi). If additional costs are incurred for acquisition/processing of NIR band, please itemize these costs separately. 2. Provide 12-inch or better pixel resolution color and near-infrared (NIR) orthorectified imagery for the remaining area in Ellis County (approximately 860 sqmi). If additional costs are incurred for acquisition/processing of NIR band, please itemize these costs separately. 3. Provide 6-inch or better pixel resolution color and near-infrared (NIR) orthorectified imagery for the remaining area in Ellis County (approximately 860 sqmi). Provide a countywide color oblique imagery set: a. 4-sides municipal/incorporated (as defined by HATCHED areas in Exhibit A, approximately 12 sqmi) b. 2-or-4 sides rural (approximately 890 sqmi as defined in Exhibit A) OPTION B 5. Provide 3-inch or better pixel resolution digital color and near-infrared (NIR) aerial orthorectified imagery that adequately covers the City of Hays and extraterritorial jurisdiction (as defined by the YELLOW area in Exhibit A, approximately 40 sqmi). If additional costs are incurred for acquisition/processing of NIR band, please itemize these costs separately. 5. Provide color oblique imagery set (4-sides) for the City of Hays and extraterritorial jurisdiction (as defined by the YELLOW area in Exhibit A, approximately 40 sqmi). OPTIONS A & B 7. Provide desktop and online solutions for viewing oblique imagery for Options A & B. 8. Include re-flight subscription options and detail any cost benefit for 3-5 year acquisition cycles for Options A & B.
