Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Prepare worksite to prevent any damage to existing walls, ceiling, floor, other equipment, etc. B. Remove drywall and/or fixtures from areas to access the fire sprinkler system. C. Shut off all water and electrical access to areas as necessary. D. Remove the existing two-inch (2”) pipes (mains) with outlets and one-inch (1”) pipes (armovers) to the existing chrome semi-recessed pendent sprinkler heads. E. Install new two-inch (2”) and one-inch (1”) pipes with chrome semi-recessed dry pendant sprinkler heads located in the South Corridor, Center Office Area and Observation Room. F. Ensure all materials intended for use meet NFPA 13 (National Fire Protection Association) standards. G. Provide and install drywall that was removed for repair. Drywall to match existing. H. Replace framing members, where needed. I. Prepare and prime new sheetrock prior to painting. J. Tape and texture all affected areas. K. Paint walls, color to match existing (corner to corner). L. Install outlet covers and fixtures where needed. Color and size to match existing. M. Install new baseboards where needed. Color and size to match existing.
