All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: MLD is implementing a new licensing and enforcement system (Cloud-based SaaS – State Regulatory Suite) from Tyler Technologies. The new system will integrate with Nationwide Multi-State Licensing System (NMLS) through a one-way (download) interface. MLD is looking for a Contract IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to ensure the system the system is properly implemented and to guide MLD staff to make a smooth transition to the new system. The software vendor, Tyler Technologies, will provide project management and services to implement their Regulatory Suite system. Their services will include: (1) configure the system to meet MLD’s requirements; (2) integrating the NMLS download; (3) migrate data from the onsite legacy licensing system to the new system; (4) provide training on the system; and (5) cutover and operate and support the new system.
