Specifications include, but are not limited to: The assigned Producer shall act as the broker of record on behalf of the State for soliciting and negotiating property and casualty insurance coverage and providing related services as specified in this RFB. The State shall contract directly with the Producer for insurance coverage, including related services as needed. The scope of services shall include the solicitation of insurance coverage from insurance companies as a representative of the State, consulting services for the State’s property and casualty insurance program, and general administration of the account for the insurance policies shown in Appendix C. The scope of services shall not extend to insurance policies purchased by other state agencies, independent of the Division of Risk and Benefits. Further, the workers compensation third party administration contract in effect until 06/30/2027 is excluded from this RFB.
