Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department (Department) is seeking to gather information from prospective contractors on work related to personal services contracts. The Department is no longer able to utilize its previous contractors in they way we have in the past so we must contract with private companies who can provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to complete landscaping, trash removal, and sign maintenance services at Department Access Areas throughout the entire state. The Request for Information (RFI) meeting is to help craft the best possible Request for Proposals (RFP) that will result in a robust bidding pool and contracts that cover the entire state. The Department will gather this information by hosting a virtual meeting related to these services.
