Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Christina School District (CSD) is seeking proposals for professional services in conjunctionwith their Capital Improvements Program. Scope will include a review of the District wideAssessment compiled in 2019 and updated in 2022. This assessment will be used to evaluatethe condition, serviceability and replacement of existing non-leased facilities. The goal is todevelop a long (at least ten years) and short range plan including the submission and defenseof an application for Certificate of Necessity to the Delaware Department of Education (DOE).The long and short range plans will prioritize a phased plan of construction and/orrenovation/repair. Highest rated needs will include pictures to help support state funds requestswhere applicable. Priorities will be identified in consideration of the Christina School District’s education based goals. Community and staff input will be solicited and collected as part of the planning process. A draft report shall be presented to CSD and DOE. All comments of CSD and DOE shall be addressed in the final report. Please include an outline and timeline of your proposed methodology.
