Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed renovation is officially known as “3rd Floor Lab Renovation”. The project will consist of a reconfiguration of the lab furniture for a better workflow and interior renovation of the Director’s Office. Please refer to design drawings by EV&A architects to include architecture, electrical, plumbing and technology requirements. b. An ICRA permit issued by UMC’s Infection Control Department is to be posted by Successful Bidder at all areas of work. HEPA air scrubbers will be required in each active area of work to obtain a negative pressure to surrounding environments. Infection Control permit may require HEPA vacuums be available and used at each containment to clean workers, equipment and tools prior to exiting the contained area. Refer to the sample ICRA for more information or additional requirements. This work will all take place in either a Level III or Level IV as identified in the Infection Control Risk Assessment for Construction. (ICRA) c. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER should be able to demonstrate experience working in an operational hospital. d. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will work with UMC to develop the best approach and most cost effective means for accomplishing the work.
