Specifications include, but are not limited to: The desired outcome of this ITB is an Addition and Renovation to the Little Rock Animal Village as indicated within this solicitation and all other supplementary documentation included herein or provided by supplementary documentation. For the project to be completed with high quality workmanship, with little or no need for additional maintenance related to the installation and build out. For the vendor to be highly professional when conducting business and resolve any issues quickly. The contractor is responsible for implementing Erosion Control measures in accordance with State and Federal requirements. The information provided on the Drawings should be considered a minimum for the anticipated construction and conditions. The contractor shall be responsible for adding additional measures as conditions change, at no additional cost to the Owner, as required by the design professional if warranted by site conditions and Contractor’s maintenance of site. Additional straw mulch, silt fencing and rip-rap shall be stockpiled on site to quickly maintain or expand erosion control measures as needed due to changing weather and site conditions.
