Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide professional services for the above-named project. The primary purpose of the 4th Ave project is to modernize the signal and lighting hardware on 4th Avenue between Cordova and Ingra Streets. Sidewalk and curb ramps will be replaced as needed to facilitate the lighting and signal upgrades. Services include development of a Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) assembly suitable for project bidding and construction; Historic Architectural Survey; Environmental Document and Permitting support; Design Study Report; Public Involvement Services; Erosion Sediment Control Plan; Assistance during Bidding, Design Project Closeout, and Assistance during Construction. The Contracting Agency may add similar projects (not yet identified) during the initial period of performance [see 15 – Special Notices, Note #15.10].
