Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is to have a qualified contractor furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals to replace the existing HVAC system for the park store at Garner State Park, to include mold remediation if necessary. It is the intention of TPWD to call for finished work that is tested, and ready for operation. Any apparatus, material or work described in the IFB and related documents, and any incidental accessories necessary to make the work complete in all respects and ready for operation (even though not particularly specified) shall be furnished, delivered, and installed by the Contractor without additional expense to TPWD. Contractor shall take care not to damage any aspect of the building or its contents. Contractor shall confirm overall square footage for conditioned air and install new system to appropriately maintain said space. Existing conditioned space has been altered by approximately 150 sq. ft. since existing HVAC was installed. Contractor shall inspect existing ductwork to confirm adequacy for new HVAC functionality in accordance with manufacture written allowance. Existing mechanical closet will require confirmed measurements to fit new equipment. Contractor shall remediate any mold, remove refrigerant, existing split system, thermostat, condensate piping etc. and any other related demolition debris from premises to be disposed of properly in accordance with current laws and regulations, either recycled or in an approved landfill.
