Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Department of Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division (the STATE) is soliciting proposals to implement an electronic bed registry system. The STATE is soliciting proposals for a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) bed registry solution that can provide efficient means to determine bed capacity and availability across North Dakota. The solution will be used by state officials and authorized users to manage bed inventories, facility attributes, and user permissions. Additionally, state staff, authorized users, and the public will use the solution to view data presented in dashboard and report formats. Applicable Directives This information technology project is subject to the following: N.D.C.C. § 54 - 10 - 28 related to the state auditor’s authority to conduct information technology compliance reviews. N.D.C.C. §§ 54 - 35 - 15.2, 54 - 35 - 15.3, and 54 - 35 - 15.4 related reporting to and review by the Legislative Council Information Technology Committee.
