Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Deferred Compensation Commission (the "Commission") is seeking 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan Recordkeeping and Administration Services for the New Hampshire Public Employees Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan” or “NHDCP”). The purpose of this RFP invitation is to establish a contract(s) for 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan Recordkeeping and Administration Services for the State of New Hampshire for services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES SECTION, and in accordance with requirements of this RFP invitation. The State has retained the consulting services of NFP to work directly with the Commission to prepare the RFP, evaluate proposals and assist the Commission with final recommendations. NFP is a co-fiduciary to the plan. The State seeks proposals and interaction directly with providers, not agents or brokers.
