Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Maximum dimensions: 13” long x 10” wide x 8” high • Minimum capacity of 5lbs. extra payload in adverse terrain • Minimum fpm (feet per minute) 70 • Maximum weight with battery 10lbs. • Minimum 2 year warranty parts and labor • Minimum operation time 2 hours • Camera shall be remotely operated and be able to start and stop recording and take still photos. Camera shall include SD capability and shall be remotely adjustable. • Battery shall be 20v and be capable to fast recharge of no more than twenty minutes with compatible charger • ROV shall have a protective storage case that is lockable and holds the ROV securely. Storage case shall be a hard cover case. • The ROV shall have removable roll-over protection for debris and vertical obstacles • The camera shall be protected from roll-over damage • The ROV shall be a track drive system that provides protection from entanglement • The ROV shall be operated with a wireless remote for drive and camera use with a minimum range of 500 feet • The ROV shall be manufacturer recommended for areas that are difficult to access or confined spaces. Diffcult spaces include the ability to move over debris and maneuver over tough terrain. ROV shall be water resistant. • Standard Warranty shall be included to repair or replace, at vendor’s expense any manufacturer defects for a minimum of one year. Vendor shall also offer an extended warranty program for a flat fee to replace any damaged/nonworking ROV. • Awarded bidder shall be able to provide related service and parts as needed. • All specifications shall be met in order to be considered a responsive bidder. Bidders shall include in their bid a Performance Sheet that covers all specifications. Bidders who do not include a Performance Sheet may be deemed Non-Responsive. • The City anticipates an initial purchase of 7 to 9 ROVs • Signature must be required for all ROV delivery
