Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Topeka, Public Works Department, Parking Services Division hereinafter called “Owner” is requesting proposals from a qualified Parking Structure Design Build Team to provide design, preconstruction, construction, and construction administration services for a multi-year program to address Parking Garage repairs. The City is seeking a team that can provide professional services that make the best use of the City’s capital funding while balancing the impact to the customer. The current approved funding of $21,854,378 is to address the repairs needs across the entire City owned parking garage system. The City is seeking a qualified team that can lead planning, design, and construction efforts to address the identified garage repairs in a logical manner based on consequence of failure and likelihood of failure to minimize the service disruption. The City will work with the Design-Build Team to develop task orders to address the construction phases with mutually agreed upon scope, pricing, and schedule. Beyond the years or work in the phases outlined herein, the City cannot guarantee additional work or funding at this time.
