Specifications include, but are not limited to: Following are broad Scope of Work items expected to be addressed: Transit and Multi‐Modal Transportation Analysis; Pre‐NEPA and Preliminary Engineering/Design; Outreach to Key Stakeholders; Capital Funding Strategies; Coordination with other Planning & Code Reform Efforts. Final deliverables are expected to include: technical report sufficient to prepare federal capital funding application(s); detailed BRT strategy, including ridership forecasts for successful BRT; preliminary (15%) design documents, including integrated electric bus charging strategies; magnitude construction costs, including R/W purchase costs§ ; active and strategic public and stakeholder engagement input**; pre‐NEPA environmental compliance documentation; recommendations for funding strategy(ies) to implement construction; presentations and other assistance through final approvals process.
