solicitation; proposals are being request and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-21-R- 0002 is issued
as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 2021-06.
The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide long-term lodging
services for the Vermont Air National Guard as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work
Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size
standard $35.0M.

The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of proposals. It is the vendor’s responsibility to

kristen.lucey.2@us.af.mil. Questions with Answers will be posted no later than 29 July 2021, 5:00 pm. EDT or
sooner if possible.
Proposals must be in written form addressing all factors in the 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, of this Solicitation.

THAN 05 August 2021 at 11:30 a.m EDT. Vendors will also reference the solicitation number when submitting a
proposal. All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if received in a timely manner, will be considered.
