HELENA LEWIS & CLARK NATIONAL FOREST - Double Vault Toilet Installation

AGRICULTURE, DEPARTMENT OF - FOREST SERVICE - Helena National Forest

This project is for the installation of two (2) double concrete vault toilets at two (2) different sites:

1. Lincoln Ranger District Admin Site:
   1. Install new SST
   2. Include concrete pad per drawings
2. Beaver Creek Fishing Access: 
   1. Install new SST
   2. Include concrete pad per drawings

Work will include excavation, backfill and bedding materials, concrete pad construction, supply, delivery, and installation of new concrete vault toilets.   

Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, etc. necessary to complete the work.  All waste and excess materials generated from construction shall be disposed of off Forest Service lands and in compliance with governing federal, state, and local laws.

There is no formal site visit for this project. Interested vendors are highly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quote. 

Magnitude of Construction Project (per FAR 36.204(b)) - Between $25,000 and $100,000.
