Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is for the procurement of various fabrics needed for DCI. Through the DCI program, value is added to the fabrics through manufacturing and production of finished products, to include but not limited to, towels, wash cloths, inmate uniforms, laundry bags, and linens for use by correctional institutions. The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for various fabrics as described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. a. Terry Cloth Specifications – Terry cloth shall be first quality material suitable for the manufacturing of bath towels and wash cloths for institutional use and withstand industrial laundry operations.
