Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project seeks to make grant funded improvements to the main entryway at the Rochester Middle School with the intent of allowing access to the office without allowing access to the student spaces. The successful bidder with remove an existing set of interior doors, install a new set of interior security doors, field fabricate a roof system, saw cut an opening in block wall, and install a new pass-through door. The new entry will be fitted with three (3) new AiPhone IX stations and one (1) new Sielox HID IClass card reader. Some of the existing hardware will be repurposed on the new doors. The contractor shall provide a turnkey project with all items necessary for a complete, safe, and fully functioning entry.
