Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Installation of 32 separate bio-retention cell storm water treatment systems, comprising approximately 700 square yards of treatment area.2.Each bio-retention cell includes installation of granite curbing, plantings, mulch, soil filter media, perforated underdrain piping and associated drainage layer material, cobblestone forebay areas, and other associated work.3.Installation of approximately 500 LF of storm drain piping associated with the bio-retention cells.4.Replacement of existing structures with and installation of new precast catch basins and manholes.5.Pavement restoration associated with installation of granite curbing, drainage structures and piping, and minor adjustments to roadway grading.6.Vehicular and pedestrian traffic control.7.As separate bid section, a subsurface sand filter in the Herron Road R.O.W.8.The Project has an expected duration of7 months.
