Requirements • Support SIP voice communication • 23 Simultaneous external Call Paths • 104 DID Numbers (To be Ported) • 1 Toll Free Number (To Be Ported) • Compatible with Mitel 3300 (MiVoice Business) system • Must meet Federal Communications Commission standards • Minimal Downtime, with Redundant Call Routing and Failover Provisions where applicable • Must be able to coordinate and work with phone system vendor directly to resolve issues • Service Features o Support multiple E911 locations for multi-story buildings o Support Inbound/Outbound Caller Information o Support external call forwarding path via SIP Refer
