Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Base Bid includes all components of the Project that pertain to site work to entail the civil and landscape portions of the Town of Andrews Drainage Improvements - Phase 2 plans. The project is intended to start in Jan 2023. The major components of the Base Bid include: Clearing and grubbing, storm drain system installation, utilities, grading, paving, and landscaping. The project involves demolishing portions of the existing drainage system and construction of a new larger conveyance system. The County will purchase the 36”, 48”, 60” and 72” RCP required for the project, the contractor is responsible for purchasing all other pipes and structures. The contractor will be responsible for installation of the County Purchase storm drainage pipes as well as all other drainage structures for the project. Contractor shall provide bricking of outfall hole for option #1 Myrtle Road Improvements during main pipe construction.
