Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, travel, per diem and every other item of expense necessary for the collection, removal, packaging, loading, transportation, and disposal of used oil, used oil filters, and antifreeze - for recycling from the designated location to the final disposition for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Centinela State Prison (CEN) located at 2302 Brown Road, Imperial, CA 92251. The Contractor is responsible for the collection, removal, packaging, loading, transportation, and recycling of the waste streams listed in Section I. The Contractor shall comply with all requirements of all applicable federal, state, local and installations laws, safety regulations and procedures, including but not limited to, the California Health and Safety Code (HSC), California Highway Patrol (CHP), Title 13; California Fire Marshal regulations, Title 19; Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC); United States Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (49 CFR); United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); California Code of Regulations (CCR) Titles 8 and 22; and the California Vehicle Code with applicable provisions of hazardous materials regulations adopted by the CHP governing containers, packaging, labels, marking, vehicle placards, shipping certificates and incident reporting.
