Specifications include, but are not limited to: Unit shall be a horizontal tank with 1000, 2000, or 3000, or 4000 gallon capacity as specified in the Request for Quotation. Approval drawings shall be required before fabrication of the unit may begin. Structural shapes and sheet material shall be ASTM A-36, minimum. The unit provided shall be U.L. 142 approved and meet all applicable EPA requirements. Seven, 4" NPT openings in top of primary tank and emergency vent opening(s) as required by U.L. 142. Tank charts shall be delivered with each tank. The unit shall be non-roll or skid mounted. Tanks and containment shall include lifting lugs to facilitate handling without disassembling unit. Unit shall accept installation of Veeder-Root type tank monitor. Vendor shall provide equipment and personnel to set tank at final delivery site.
