Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove mailbox, concrete blocks, bricks, metal framework, wooden ladder, electrical outlet on post, metal door, meter box and electrical panel and pole they are mounted on, electrical wire, tires, water spigot, plastic buckets, plastic barrel, plastic tubs, blanket, construction debris, metal fence posts, fans and fan parts, Plexiglas sheet, chair, wooden deck, cardboard boxes, metal screens, limbs, branches and wood on ground, loose trash and cans, debris and rubbish from the premises. Remove old garage slab and all interior sidewalks between the City sidewalk and the back of the property. Remove the chain-link fencing and gate running along the public sidewalk on the West side of the property. Remove short section of chain-link fencing that is perpendicular to south property line and southeast of the mobile home. All trees, branches and limbs on the ground, incidental to the demolition of the structures. Trees can only be removed if affecting the demolition of the structure. (Include any tree removal necessary with the bid of the structure) **NOTE if a tree in the City ROW needs to be removed the contractor is responsible for contacting the Code Inspector prior to the removal of the tree. All grass/vegetation shall be cut back below the 12 inches to comply with the City of Topeka ordinance.
