Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of tenant improvement of Legal department, conference rooms, hallways and Executive Offices located at Las Vegas Valley Water District West Administration Building. Construction includes selective demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, doors, light fixtures, millworks, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building elements that are required to be modified as required for new construction. New construction includes new partition, interior finishes upgrades, new ADA upgrades at restrooms and drinking fountains, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data, and fire safety upgrades to accommodate new design layout. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to construct the facility in accordance with Contract Documents.
