Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Parks, Recreation & Waterfront requests proposals from interested parties for the purchase, installation and setup of 4 automatic swing arm gates. • The old gates at North Beach will need to be removed. • Install & setup North Beach Park (2 gates)1 on the entrance road and 1 on the exit road. • Install & setup Oakledge Park (2 gates) 1 on the entrance road & 1 on the exit road. • Asses & Repair Leddy gate • Tranining staff how to use and maintain the gates. • The gates should be automatic and have timers on them. • All applicable permitting will be the responsibility of BPRW staff. • All electrical work shall be done by the Contractor • Any damage to existing infrastructure by contractor will be fixed and paid for by the contractor. • Contractor is expected to work closely with and communicate with BPRW staff to gather feedback/review on deliverables such as but not limited to plans, design, materials implementation, and progress
