Leica Biosystems Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement Montana VA Health Care System Fort Harrison, MT 59636 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information only) PURPOSE: Montana VA Health Care System, WY, requires the contractor to provide preventive maintenance for Leica Biosystems, in accordance with this PWS, in an efficient and cost-effective manner, supporting the VA mission. TASKS and REQUIREMENTS: Contractor must complete preventive maintenance and repairs (on all equipment listed in table below) to include the following: Manufacturer Model Serial Leica CM1860 2912 Leica CM1860 4252 Tasks and Requirements: The Contractor must service the medical equipment in accordance to manufacturer specifications and preventive maintenance recommendations. The Contractor must respond to service calls within two business hours of notification and return said call. The Contractor must electrical safety measurements on all equipment, in accordance with manufacturer s specifications. The Contractor must provide the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) with a complete list of all chemicals to be used by the Contractor on the facility premises. The Contractor must provide Protective equipment for all their personnel. It is the responsibility of each Contractor to familiarize himself with the specific area(s) in which his contract requires him to work. Only new, standard parts shall be furnished by the Contractor.
