Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase. The vendor will provide assistance and technical support on eWIC LegeNDS for the North Dakota (ND) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program management information system. eWIC LegeNDS is a web-based system used by the ND WIC Program. eWIC LegeNDS has several features to stream-line WIC participant certification, care plan and follow-up; food package issuance; etc. The vendor must have experience with the federal WIC program, WIC EBT and WIC management information systems, specifically the Mountain Plains State Consortium (MPSC) system functionality. The vendor must have experience to work with the ND state WIC staff and local agency staff across the state of North Dakota as they work with both the WIC EBT implementation contractor and the current eWIC LegeNDS maintenance and operations contractor. The vendor will work on a variety of diverse responsibilities including reviewing contractor deliverables, testing the system and troubleshooting eWIC LegeNDs issues. Occasional travel may occur to attend Mountain Plains User Group (MPUG) meetings or BET/Technology related meetings.
