Specifications include, but are not limited to: Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is requesting information regarding options for a new SaaS Cloud Hosted Phone System/Call Center Communications System Solution. It is the intent of JCCC to acquire such product solution during Fall of Fiscal Year 2024 (which ends June 30, 2024). As an initial step in the procurement process, the attached Request for Information (RFI) has been prepared to assist the College in fully understanding the availability of a SaaS phone and/or call center functionality and associated support services that are currently available in the marketplace. The information, data, comments, or materials obtained may be used as research for a future solicitation. This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of services and supplies available with an estimate of their corresponding costs and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, products, or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this RFI. This RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, or Informal Request for Quote and is not to be construed as a binding commitment by JCCC.
