Specifications include, but are not limited to: Be available to the Department during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., local time excluding State holidays and administrative closings. Meet with the Department monthly, as mutually agreed upon, to discuss: Contract management; Administration; and Specific contract deliverables. Provide Liaison and Clinical In-home Services to Resource Families upon self-referral from the Resource Family or by referral from the Department. Deliver Clinical In-home Services of an intensity and duration that meets the Resource Family’s needs. Encourage Resource Families to access Resource Family Support Services, including: Resource Family mentoring; Kinship Navigator Services; and Resource Family Support Group facilitation.
