Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete remediation of a three bedroom unit located at 2062 Salmonberry Place, Anchorage, Alaska. This may include, but is not limited to: • The removal of all cabinetry and countertops in the bath and kitchen • The removal of porous wood doors and trim throughout the structure • The removal of all light fixtures, outlets and light switches, including faceplates • Vacuum walls, floors, and other hard surfaces using a vacuum with a HEPA filter • Using a detergent-water solution to wash ceilings, walls, floors, and other items that will remain. • Triple clean windows with a window cleaning solution, using clean cloths between each cleaning, including window trim if not wood. • The removal of window trim (wood only), screens and louvered blinds • The removal of all appliances • The removal of all carpet and carpet padding • The removal of any porous flooring. Resilient flooring such as laminate or vinyl can remain unless stained or melted.
