The General Services Administration (GSA), New England Region, Acquisition Management Division, is conducting market research to determine if any Small Business, SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, or 8(a) Small Business concerns have the current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capability to perform the work described in the attachment. The contemplated NAICS code for this procurement is 324110 – Industrial Gas Manufacturing.
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment (except otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective supply and delivery of propane/fuel oil to Federal Buildings and locations in Maine, as identifed in the attachment.
